What are you currently reading?

I’ve been looking forward to this book for ages, (I’m a big fan of Ms Austen) and it was bought as a birthday present for me by my sister ChrissiReads, and although I’m only thirty pages through, I’m loving it already.

What did you recently finish reading?

I recently finished this novel, the March release for the Waterstones Eleven debut authors. I thought it was a great book apart from the ending! You can find my review HERE.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Looking forward to this one! My second foray into the world of John Green…. (I know he has a lot of fans).

Please feel free to leave your WWW Wednesday’s. Happy reading everyone!!

  • Some great books coming up! I’m glad you bought a book you’ve wanted for a while 😀 Looking forward to seeing what you think of Looking For Alaska!

  • Hi Beth,

Thank you for choosing to visit Fiction Books today. I love ‘meeting’ new people, so your visits will always be welcome and your comments always appreciated.

I have never come across the author John Green before, but I love the premise for several of his books, so his is a name definitely added to my future reading list. I am not to sure about that cover image for ‘Looking For Alaska’ though and though that the image on Amazon.co.uk was rather more appropriate.

‘The Fields’ also sounds like a great debut novel and another definite for my list, so thanks for sharing your great finds this week.

    • Hi Yvonne, thanks for your comment and for hosting. I agree about the cover image, the actual book I have has a different cover, probably the same one as on Amazon I guess? The Fields is really great but I was so disappointed by the ending, its definitely worth a read though.

  • Hey Beth!

Thank you for visiting my blog! And I think I will have to put ‘looking for Alaska’ on my to-read list! Will be waiting for your review.. and would also love recommendations on Jane Austen’s books.. I’ve only read Pride and Prejudice till now!

    Love your blog!
